The Teaching

In Christ I overcome the world — the victory is His in me. The lampstand burns by the Spirit; I am called to live in the Spirit, not the flesh.

Edification is building up the spirit — being strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man, and ever more filled with Him.

I put on the new self, strengthen my spirit, and keep being filled — so the Spirit, not the flesh or the world, sets the course of my life.

The Scriptures

That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.

Ephesians 3:16

Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
